ActiviDex allows you to enter information for each activity. You could use this "info" area to provide instructions on where items are stored, scheduled itinerary, notes on special speakers, etc.
To Enter Activity Info:
- Log into Desktop ResiDex and click the Act. Setup Tab
- Click the "info" button by an activity
- Enter the information and close the screen
This information will display on the Activity check out/in report along with individuals who attended
