Assessment summary reports have customizable signature lines. These are set up per database. Setting up signatures is very easy using the following simple steps.
- Start at the Setup tab
- Click on Assessment from the list on the left
- Select Assessment Signature Requirements from the list on the right
- Select an assessment type at the top
- To add a signature, click "New" at the top, enter a sequence and signature label
- To remove a line, click the "record selector" and press delete on your keyboard
- Confirm you want to delete the line item and close the screen when complete
