Assessment Signatures

Assessment summary reports have customizable signature lines.  These are set up per database.  Setting up signatures is very easy using the following simple steps.

Assessment Signatures:

  • Start at the Setup tab
  • Click on Assessment from the list on the left
  • Select Assessment Signature Requirements from the list on the right
  • Select an assessment type at the top
  • To add a signature, click "New" at the top, enter a sequence and signature label

  • To remove a line, click the "record selector" and press delete on your keyboard

  • Confirm you want to delete the line item and close the screen when complete
