Campus Memo

Campus memos can be used to communicate facility information to staff.  Examples might include facility maintenance plans  or special events taking place.  Campus Memos  can appear in the RTask  Login report using the options Resident Notes - All - Aides and/or Resident Notes - All Aides - 2 days.  You can also view the campus memos under the + More - View Campus Memos.

Enter a Campus Memo :

  • Log into RTasks and  click the + More option
  • Click the New Campus Memo option

  • Enter the memo information

  1. Enter the memo Date
  2. Enter / Edit the Time
  3. Select the Memo Type
  4. Enter a Topic
  5. Enter the Memo
  6. When finished press Save

View Campus Memos:

  • Open RTasks and click + More
  • Select View Campus Memos
  • Select the criteria 

  1. Enter the From Date
  2. Enter the To Date
  3. Optionally search for a specific memo
  4. View the memos displayed below

Add or Inactivate a Campus Memo Type:

  • From Desktop ResiDex go to the Setup Tab
  • Search for Campus Memo and select the option Campus Memo Types

  1. Enter a new one on the blank line provided
  2. Inactivate a campus memo type by clicking the Active checkbox

Enter or Delete a Campus Memo From Desktop ResiDex:

  • From Desktop ResiDex go to the Setup Tab
  • Search for Campus Memo and select the option Campus Memos - (General Information)

  1. Enter a new note by selecting the Type
  2. Enter a Title
  3. Enter the Campus Memo
  4. Delete a campus memo by clicking the record selector and pressing the Delete Key on your keyboard and confirm the delete
