Case Manager Setup

Two ways to enter case managers in ResiDex.

Staff Case Manager

If the case manager is member of your staff, you will simply add them in the "Staff" tab.  A staff member with the "Provider Type" RN or LPN will be displayed as an option to select when choosing the case manager.

Case Manager - Other than Nurse

If the case manager is not a nurse, you can still enter them into ResiDex. Once you enter them into ResiDex they will be displayed in the case manager drop down option list. To enter a list of "non-nursing staff" case managers:

  • Go to the setup tab and select "Resident Profile" from the menu on the left
  • Select "Case Manager Options (other than nurses)" from the menu on the right
  • Enter the case managers you would like to display

Once you are done, close the screen and you will see the case manager drop down list will contain your new entries.
