Staff Address Confidentiality
Limit access to staff addresses to only users with the "Campus Supervisor" Role. This assists with keeping staff information confidential while still allowing supervisors to have visibility to it.
The staff profile by default allows anyone with staff data entry permission to enter a staff address. With this option activated, the address field is suppressed from the staff profile screen for everyone other than Campus Supervisors.
Make Staff Addresses Confidential
- Go to Setup: Campus Configuration
- Select the "Staff Category"
- Set "Limit visibility of staff address to Supervisors" to "Yes"
