RTasks: Initial Login
RTasks is our web-based charting tool. If you have been granted access to RTasks, the process of logging in for the first time is very simple.
There are two types of logins available- login using an email address OR login using a username. Either option allows supervisors to reset passwords for their staff.
If your organization has opted to use email login, once you have been given access to RTasks, you will receive an email with details about your account. Clicking on the link in the email will allow you to login and create your own password. Your username will be your email address, and the password will be the one that you create.
If your organization has opted to use username logins, your organization will assign a user name for you to use and when they give access to RTasks, will create a temporary password that can be used to login the first time. Immediately, you'll be asked to create your own password.
Note: Rtasks requires Internet Explorer 11 (IE11) or later, or the latest versions of Firefox, Chrome, Safari, or Opera.
Setup Your Account
Before you login, you must setup your account!
If you were sent an email: click the link included in the email, which will start the below process and jump you straight to setting up your password. If you were provided a username and temporary password by your supervisor,
- Open a browser and go to www.rtasks.net
- Type in the username you were given
- Type in the default or temporary password
- Click "Sign In"
- Now create your account by entering your own unique password in the "New password" and "Re-type your new password" field
- Enter a security question
- Type the answer to your security question
- Click "Create Account"
Complete your first login to RTasks
Once your account has been created, you can log into RTasks from any device with a web browser. To login, go to www.RTasks.net from a PC, iPad, iPhone, Android tablet or Android phone.
- Login to RTasks by entering your username and password
- Click "Sign In"
