Time Clock Management

The Desktop ResiDex Time Clock Management option will allow a ResiDex Manager or Supervisor to:

  • View 'clocked-in only' or 'all clocked-in and -out' staff
  • View open or closed periods
  • Add new clock-in times or add or edit clock-out times
  • Delete a record  

Time Clock Management Screen:

  • Start at the Desktop ResiDex Setup Tab
  • Search for Time Clock
  • Select Time Clock Management from the options on the right
  1. 'Select the current period or closed entries (Closed are previous pay periods)
  2. Filter for one staff

Add a New Entry:

  1. From the Time Clock Management Screen click New
  2. Select the staff name from the option list and fill in any details needed

Edit Time Clock Entry Details:

  1. Select the appropriate Provider role in which the employee worked (optional)
  2. Double click on the clock in field to edit the time.  If the date is incorrect, delete the line and add a new record
  3. Double click on the clock-out field to edit the time.  If the clock-out information is missing, enter the date and time
  4. Select or edit the shift differential option as needed
  5. Mark the pay period closed if applicable
  6. Delete or Un-delete a record (deleted records will not display in Time Clock Reports)

Desktop ResiDex Time Clock Reports:

Time Clock - Week

  • From the Reports Tab - Search for Time Clock and select the Time Clock - Week report
  • Select the report criteria (Week Starting) and optionally Show Detail and Preview
  • The report is organized by staff name and will group by Shift Differential type
  • NOTE: The PTO shift differential type is NOT calculated in the overtime hours

Time Clock Summary

  • From the Reports Tab - Search for Time Clock and select the Time Clock Summary report
  • Select the report criteria (start and end dates)
  • The report is organized by staff name and will group by Shift Differential type and display clock-in/-out times for each staff for the date range
