Statement - All Report

Statements

After billing is processed, a user is ready to print the invoice or statement for their individuals. The statement report is used:

  • By facilities who use RTasks Accounts Receivable (A/R)
  • To show a residents prior balance, payments, adjustments, current charges, invoice total and new account balance

Invoice - All Report

Invoices

After billing is processed, a user is ready to print the invoice or statement for their individuals. The invoice report is used:

  • By facilities who do not use RTasks Accounts Receivable (A/R)
  • By anyone who only wants to print the CURRENT charges for an individual

Memo Statement

A memo statement is used for:

  • A resident had adjustments entered and a new beginning statement balance was needed
  • A resident who is moving out and the facility wants to give a final invoice before all statements are processed

Memo Invoice

A memo invoice is used:

  • To create an invoice for a new resident when your company wants to give them an initial invoice and it is not time to invoice all residents
  • For a facility does not use RTasks Accounts Receivable and a resident moves out prior to billing and a final invoice needs to be given

Invoice - Consolidated Report

When using RTasks billing, you may wish to use the "consolidated invoice" option.  Consolidated invoices will allow you to combine two residents' total charges on one invoice or statement.   

Statement- Consolidated Report

When using RTasks billing, you may wish to use the "consolidated statement" option.  Consolidated statements will allow you to combine two residents' total charges onto one statement.   

Keep in mind, while the report "Statement Consolidated" bundles two residents' charges into one statement, payments will be applied to the individual resident account.
