First time logging in

RTasks is ResiDex's web-based charting tool. Once users have been granted access to RTasks, the process of logging in for the first time is very simple. 

Resetting Staff Passwords

Notes about User Password Management

  • For security reasons, the ResiDex Support team cannot reset Rtasks.net passwords.
    Staff who need their passwords reset will be directed to contact their supervisor or the nurse on-call.
  • Users who have an email address to sign into RTasks can reset their own password with the 'forgot my password' link from the login page.
  • Authorized users can reset RTasks logins by following the steps below.

Switch Campuses

If you are a staff member of a multi-campus database, you may need to switch campuses while in RTasks.

Delete Saved Passwords

RTasks.net is a website application, which means it is accessed through a Web Browser.  The web browser you use (Google, Firefox, etc...)  may offer to "Save your password?" as the user is logging in.  If you press "Yes", any user can log into RTasks under your credentials. It is very important that you do not  save your RTasks password on a device that other people are using.
