Facility notes and information about the campus can be documented in RTasks' Campus Memo feature. These memos can be become announcements to staff by adding them as an option to the Login Report for review by staff.
Add a New Campus Memo
Navigate from the Today screen >+More Button > New Campus Memo
- The Memo date and time (1,2) can be edited
- The Memo type will allow you to specify a type (and then be able to sort by type). Types can currently be set up in desktop Residex
- Topic (4) and Memo (5) allow you to add a title and the content of the memo. Click Save to complete
View Campus Memos
To view a history of campus memos, Navigate from the Today Screen > +More > View Campus Memos
- Edit the date range to search further back in history
- Use the Search field to search by Memo Type, Title, or key word.
- Adding the report Resident Notes - All Aides to your login report can give staff visibility to these memos.
