Editing a Staff Profile

Staff profile details can be edited in RTasks, including the staff name or username.

Navigate to People > Staff > Select the staff profile you wish to edit.  Click on the blue button 'Update Profile' located beneath the staff picture;  edit and save.

 If the username was edited, navigate in the Staff Profile to Security > Login and Access. 


Click to remove access to RTasks, then to add access again.  This will reset the username and create a temporary password for that employee. Have the employee log in using the updated username and temporarly password.  They will be asked to create their own unique password once again.
