The Login History view, accessed from the Staff Profile, can be helpful in understanding a staff person's RTasks use, and assist in troubleshooting.
Users with Staff Role 14 Staff Data Entry can view Login History.
Staff Login History
To view Login History, navigate to People > Staff > Staff Profile > Login History.
The login history screen is read-only, and gives visibility to:
- The date and time of the login
- The IP address from which the staff person accessed RTasks. Different IP addresses might indicate they were in another part of the building OR could demonstrate the user is logging in from outside the worksite.
- The Browser used to access RTasks. This can be helpful in troubleshooting issues. Occasionally, updates to browsers can affect RTasks users
- The result or outcome of the login. Repeated failed login attempts will eventually show the staff person to be locked out and will require a password reset by the supervisor.
