Manage Supply List
Do you provide supplies to your residents and clients? We provide an efficient way for your staff to track supply usage for each of your Residents. With a quick setup step, you can be on your way to capturing supply usage in RTasks.
Users with Role 4 (billing) are able to manage the supply list in RTasks.
Manage Supply List:
From the Today screen, navigate to + More > Supply Management > New Supply > and click on the blue link, Manage Supply List. Click Add Supply Type and enter the details of the product. Once entered, it is available for your staff to document.
Edit Supply Types:
Editing can be done by navigating to the Manage Supply list and clicking on any of those items already in the list.
