Resident Rate Schedule

After the rate schedule is setup you can now select it for the appropriate resident(s). To save time, you can specify a "default" rate schedule for each campus so any new resident will automatically be on the correct rates.

To Specify the Default Rate Schedule (Per Campus):

  • In RTasks click Billing > Billing Configuration
  • Select the Rate schedule from the option list in the Default Rate Schedule field
  • When finished press Save

To Specify the Rate Schedule Per Resident

  • Go to the People > Resident option
  • Select a resident
  • Click the Billing option
  • Select the correct Rate Schedule for the individual
  • The record will automatically be saved
