Who can add a new resident

A user must be granted permission with the Resident Data Entry, Manager, or Supervisor permissions to add new residents or manage data about existing residents within your RTasks system.

Add a new Resident

  • Log into RTasks and click the People> Residents option
  • Click the + New Resident button that appears in the upper right hand corner.

  • A form will appear with fields for information about this individual resident - fill out as much as you can, and save. 
  • When finished press the Save button, and you will have created a very basic resident profile. 
  • To complete this Resident Profile, next steps are to enter Diagnoses, Contacts, and Resources (MDs, Pharmacies, Health Plans, etc).
  • Once these steps are completed, you can setup Service Plans, Medications
  • Medications, update the Resident Profile, record MD Orders, and Resident Notes at your convenience!
