RTasks Log In Report
The Log In Report, visible as staff are logging into RTasks, is an important tool that can be used to share information about
- resident concerns, such as vital signs out of range
- missed or late charting/documentation
- announcements or bulletins
- clinical requirements to be completed (assessments, incident reviews, etc...)
Login Report Setup
Login report sub-reports are set by database. Users with the Supervisor Role (Role 13) are able to select the sub-reports they wish to appear in RTasks, as well as the provider types who can view each sub-report.
Login Report Viewing
Once the report has been setup, users can view the login report as they are logging in, OR by navigating to the Fax/Print button and selecting the Login Report option.
By default, all sub-reports are expanded. By clicking on a given sub-report, users can "accordion pleat" it to hide the data beneath each sub-report and move on to the next.
