Electronic Signatures

Electronic staff signatures can be created and managed in RTasks.  Each user is able to enter a signature that will automatically be displayed on certain reports, such as  MD Orders and Resident Incidents.

Enter/Edit Your Electronic Signature:

Log into RTasks, click on your name > Settings > Edit your Signature

On the line provided, write your signature and initials using a finger or stylus.  Edit or re-enter the signature by clicking Clear. When finished, click Save.
