Staff Health Info

Staff health information allows users to track due dates for items such as TB tests and chest X-rays due, Hepatitis B vaccination status, and allergies.  These can all be managed in RTasks under the Staff Profile > Health option.  Users with Role 14 (Staff Data Entry) can enter this information.

Add Staff Health Info:

  • From the Resident > People > Staff option: Click on a staff name
  • Select Health
  • Fill in the information desired

Update Health Info:

  • Enter the next TB test due by clicking on the field and entering the date
  • Document a TB test that has been completed by clicking on the "Record Tuberculosis Test" 
  • NOTE: The "History" option will show the dates of completed TB Tests
