Statement - All Report

Statements

After billing is processed, a user is ready to print the invoice or statement for their individuals. The statement report is used:

  • By facilities who use RTasks Accounts Receivable (A/R)
  • To show a residents prior balance, payments, adjustments, current charges, invoice total and new account balance

Statement - All Report:

  • Process the invoices normally
  • After posting, go to Fax/Print >Reports
  • Search for Statement and find the Statement - All report (The report may have a custom name such as Statement All Residents)
  • In the Resident option list, select "All Residents" at the top of the list
  • Select the Invoice Date - the most recent is at the top of the list
  • Click: Create Report
  • The report will open as a new browser page with a PDF of all resident's statements

  • Note: If you want to print one resident's statement, click on the resident name instead of "All Residents"
